London Doctors Clinic believes everyone should have a choice about when and where they see a doctor. We offer fast, convenient, affordable access to a doctor across London. Working to help provide this, I head up our Commercial and Operational side, which includes:-Heading up Operations across all current sites-Management Information Reporting & Analysis for all Departments (Finance, Medical, Sales & Marketing, and Operations)-Practice Management System and Data Warehouse liaising-Pharmacy Management and Inventory Monitoring -Managing Staffing Levels of Doctors and Admin to increase efficiencies-Launching Work Types and Individual Roles to continue to develop skill sets of our Admin team-New Service Project Management

Joining just after LDC received significant investor funding, I have helped grow the medical startup from 2 to 9 locations in central London by managing the commercial side of the business including: budgets, accounting, logistics, legal, certifications, regulatory compliance, non-medical hiring, marketing, location finding, IT, and standardization of current practices, all with significant future expansion in mind. London Doctors Clinic offers high-quality, well-priced GP medical services with convenience and customer service that the NHS does not.

• Develop goals and measures to align City of Dallas departments with growSouth, Mayor Rawling's premier initiative, to improve and develop Southern Dallas, an area that includes West Dallas, Oak Cliff, South Dallas, and Pleasant Grove. • Advise the Chief of Staff on City Council Committee agendas and meetings for broader City Council meetings• Provide neighborhood expertise, primarily in growSouth territory, based on my background as a Community Designer in those areas.

Through service with AmeriCorps VISTA:• Project Manager for Activating Vacancy, a National Endowment for the Arts-funded art initiative working to change the perception of vacancy from blight to opportunity in the Tenth Street Historic District, the most intact former Freedmen's Town remaining in Dallas.• Provided DART D2 (the second downtown DART rail) alignment analytics to the City of Dallas Econ Dev• Maintained and expanded 'The Public Agenda,' a geographic mapping of the Dallas City Council agenda by neighborhood to encourage citizen participation• Conducted market research for the Interfaith Housing Coalition and AVANCE-Dallas to better guide expansion plans• Developed a demonstration tourist-friendly transportation network plan that connected 98% of Downtown and would serve as a predecessor to street car expansion near Downtown Dallas.• Filed accounting paperwork for the Dolphin Heights NA near Fair Park, including a 1023 to establish the tax-exempt status as well as the 990 annual report• Promoted a safe and enriching social environment for Dallas families living in low-income neighborhoods• Facilitated the development of neighborhood collaboratives or associations, and facilitating the design of community collaboration devices, both physical and social.• Assisted residents in the development of a neighborhood vision, developing and articulating priorities structured around a holistic vision of the communities needs.

• Asset Managed the ~3 million rsf DFW portfolio [budget, legal, negotiations, strategy, etc.]• Aided Senior Vice President on "The Spire" development in downtown Dallas and "City Place" redevelopment in downtown Ft. Worth• Analyzed all financial matters as defined in my previous Analyst role• Developed relationships with the Nasher Sculpture Garden to host one of the ten Nasher Xchange exhibits at Bryan Tower, promoting Spire, the building, and connecting both to our intended branding of being an elite office location in Dallas
