To manage and progress clients vehicles through a busy workshop of 12 technicians. Liaising with clients from the first meeting in the morning, following up with progress calls and upsell during the day, and finally handing the vehicles back over with a professional attitude. Knowing the BMW product range was essential and helped me offer the client choose the correct products and services for their vehicle.

I Supervised the Aftersales department helping our team to reach to achieve budgeted hours and sales profit. I looked after a team of 8 technicians and 2 service advisors, getting involved in monthly forecasts, day to day planning, customer service and workshop management. I was also the kaizen team leader for the dealership continuing to develop staff and the working environment. Customer service is very important in Aftersales, in some cases you have to turn a negative situation into a positive one. Make the customer feel at ease and exceeding their expectations.
