A seasoned design leader with more than 20 years of experience, Mark co-leads CapTech’s Customer Experience Practice Area. He has lead teams in conceptual design, product and brand strategy, user research and information architecture, experience design, design thinking, and workshop facilitation. His consulting and leadership skills span human-centered design practices, but his core strengths include creative direction, strategic insight, team leadership, and design problem solving for enterprise-class brand experiences. Mark has been involved with art and design as long as he can remember, but his professional fascination since then has dealt with people’s connections with brands and what drives them. His passion for design and human-computer interaction drives his dedication to creating meaningful, value-based interactions between CapTech’s clients and their customers.
