Owner
I design and manufacture fully functional 3D printed parts for custom solutions and applications. Our FDM printable materials include but are not limited to: PETG, ABS, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyetherimide, Carbon Fiber modified plastics, Glass Bead modified plastics, and Wood Fiber Modified plastics. Our SLA printable materials include: High Temperature Resins (180 C), Wax Analogues (for vacuum casting), and transparent materials.
Data Scientist Pv & Bess
In cooperation with the IT team, I develop software tools for the control room staff that enable them to effectively monitor ~21 GW of photovoltaic power plants and ~3 GW of BESS with ~8 GWh of capacity. Key functions of this role include architecting the standard asset templates for SCADA, deploying fleet scale template updates, updating and managing real-time alarms, and facilitating the development of near-real time analysis software to identify misbehaving assets with the context of data history. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to work in close cross functional relationships with Operations Center Staff, SCADA Development, Performance Engineers, Contract Managers, O&M Training, Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance, and Business Development.Essentially, if there is a task anywhere throughout the digital stack that needs to be done more than once, the goal is to work with the teams involved to either automate the process, or drastically reduce the time required for execution while maintaining the best achievable performance.
Pv Plant Performance Ii Engineer
I develop software tools to automate and assist in the analysis and performance enhancement of photovoltaic power plants.
Postdoctoral Fellow
I worked on rapid prototyping of circuits, pcbs, and 3D printed structures for detection of organic molecules.
Graduate Research Assistant
I worked on the development and laser processing of thin films on crystalline silicon substrates.
Graduate Teaching Assistant
I graded students on their senior design projects and provided feedback on their work and presentations.
Intern
I worked with a group of engineers that focus on high voltage silicon devices. Some of my projects included gate oxide integrity characterization, time-dependent dielectric breakdown, and data analysis.
Teaching Assistant
I graded and assisted students in their lab work for various courses. This included Mechatronics, Electronics, and circuits courses.
Electrical Engineering Intern
I developed a set of image processing techniques for the detection of multiple objects of interest at multiple levels of interest.
Electrical Engineering Intern
I assisted in the characterization and development of switches for battery operated power tools.
Electrical Engineering Intern
I qualified electrical components in radioactive environments.
