As the Managing Director of the Wendy Gillespie Center for Advancing Global Business (WG-CAGB) at San Diego State University (SDSU), I oversee the strategy and implementation of the center's programs and initiatives that aim to expand global content curriculum, international business research, and collaboration between academia and global organizations. With over 26 years of experience in higher education administration, organizational development, and operations management, I have been instrumental in securing more than $7 million in grants and gifts for the center and the Fowler College of Business at SDSU.In addition, I serve as the Senior Advisor to the Dean for Community Engagement and Economic Development, where I lead the college's efforts to foster partnerships and collaborations with local, regional, and international stakeholders, such as businesses, nonprofits, governments, and alumni. I also leverage my expertise in grant writing, project management, business development, advocacy, and fundraising to support the college's strategic goals and vision. I am passionate about advancing global business education and outreach, and empowering students, faculty, and staff to become global leaders and innovators.
