Technical Support Specialist
Current- Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development
- Perform regression tests to identify any potential issues, ensuring the updates have not negatively impacted the existing functionality.
- Report bugs to the appropriate development teams.
- Create guides, best practices, and maintain technical documentation.
- Create training content, facilitate discussions, and personally deliver the training to onboard and educate new hires for technical support.
