I was responsible for over $8,000,000 of annual revenue with a focus on growing CareerBuilder's emerging HCM SaaS suite inclusive of Applicant Tracking software, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software, Semantic Search Solutions, Background & Drug Screening Software, and Post-Hire Benefits Administration Suite.As the Area Sales Manager for California, I was a member of CareerBuilder's Speakers Panel and presented in solo & joint presentations at several industry events to upwards of 300 individuals per session.
