I am a director of and investor in ITM having first worked with its then owner as a consultant in 2004, I took part in an MBO in 2010 and more recently I was involved in securing investment from Aliter LLP to help ITM with the next stage of its growth journey.I am a qualified mechanical engineer and draw on 30 years’ business development, marketing, commercial and M&A experience. My career began as a technical sales engineer in a UK and International role before later joining a family engineering business where I worked on various corporate development projects as part of a buy, build and exit strategy. Prior to joining ITM, I headed a consultancy firm delivering various developmental and marketing programmes for several ICT vendors which led to my original involvement with ITM. I am married with three children and count cycling, skiing, rugby, travel and cooking amongst my interests.
