– Train and orient newly hired PM members about the basics, fundamentals and standards of preventive maintenance and equipment engineering. Perform periodical skill reviews and battery checks.– Give training's and education for Electrical and Mechanical machine troubleshooting.– Construct and update maintenance standards during setups and process innovations.– Create and update work standards, work procedures, operation manuals and equipment quality control process tables.– Attend progress meetings and present reports regarding company concerns and prioritized issues.– Participate in the company's one year departmental planning, scheduling, costing and budgeting.– Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring, analysis and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor, if needed.– Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.– Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.– Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.– Support LAN's, WAN's, network segments and intranet systems.– Maintain overall system efficiency.– Maintain network and system security.– Analyze and isolate issues.– Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.– Administer servers, computers, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployment, security updates and patches.

- Provide information to the customers for inquiries they may have in regards with the service that they have or want to avail.- Respond to calls concerning technical problems that customers may encounter with the products or the network provider and then provide the necessary answers or, even better, give them total problem resolution.- Disseminate information to the customers about promotions and special services they are entitled to, in order to continuously maintain high customer satisfaction, which is the company's pillar of success.
