I am a professional with over 20 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, and contract management. My goal is to develop long-term, collaborative relationships with all my internal and external customers while also achieving stellar results.I have a strong work ethic and I always bring 100% to the project I am working on.My career began in wireless telecommunications where I quickly became a top-notch team player for AT&T Wireless serving the customer support department and also as a program manager for the global sales group. In addition, I also developed award-winning contract negotiation and management skills. In 2012, I was a volunteer with the United Way of Northern New Jersey where I used my creative writing skills to help develop marketing materials. Recently, I worked in the real estate franchising industry, where I managed the contract process for our franchisees.Outside of work, I am an avid reader. I have always been a fan of the written word and have been fond of great story telling, both fiction and non-fiction. Specifically, I love the mystery/ thriller genre. In addition, my interest in the corporate communications industry inspired me to earn my master’s degree in public and organizational relations in 2012.
