Performed end-to-end IT system selection, set-up, and implementation for new EMRs, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, X-Ray, Laboratory, Human Resources, Finance and other systems with outstanding levels of user participation, acceptance and satisfaction 5. Managed all legal affairs for several mid-sized business with an exemplary record of legal expense management and litigation success, and reduced human resources issues6. Perform team-based compliance reviews as a finance and governance expert with healthcare organizations throughout the United States7. Improved Revenue Cycle Management organizational structure, role definition, throughput and collections, and reporting for numerous healthcare organizations resulting in increased revenues and reduced billing and collections costs8. As a CEO and Senior Executive I have led numerous turnaround projects for private, government and non-profit organizations to exemplary levels of success10.
