Independent consulting position playing a leadership role in integrating the Yoplait business into the Sodiaal organisation. Involved in all functional work streams as well as the integration management office, with a deeper focus on Finance. The role included identifying and executing transition priorities in close collaboration with the Sodiaal and GM/Yoplait functional and leadership teams. The role also required re-negotiating a shared service agreement to ensure continuity of key Finance and Procurement activities, as well as providing hands on transition support for the UK & Ireland business and Supply Chain Finance teams.

As head of the Finance function, I led a team of 15 with accountability for FP&A, Commercial Finance and Accounting & Controlling sub-functions.
