I joined Tile Hill in March 2023 as an Associate Director following 27 years working for Hays plc, including 15 years in executive search. My passion during this time has been on the appointment of local authority chief officers, working across place, people and resources directorates.I will continue to specialise in local government search, working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and candidates to lead searches for Chief Executives and chief officers, with a particular focus on roles in resources and corporate development. I will use my enthusiasm for local government to continue to encourage talent from the wider public and private sectors to help transform places and communities.
