Full line orthopedic sales representative. I work closely with orthopedic surgeons inside and outside of the operating room. I help by providing solutions across the entire Zimmer Biomet portfolio of products. Other roles and responsibilities include strategic targeted sales, day to day account management of a level 1 trauma center, and two other local hospitals as well as a surgery center. I oversaw the acquisition and deployment of the ROSA surgical robot and have produced year over year growth at all accounts.

I rotated among the adult Medical/Surgical ICU, CCU and CVSICU units at Stanford Hospital providing high quality patient centered care.

I provide care to complex neurosurgery, neurocritical care, trauma, abdominal transplant, pulmonary critical care, labor and delivery and acute patients. Typical responsibilities include performing expanded neurological assessments, titrating vasoactive medications, monitoring EVD/ICP and charting using EPIC. The unit is a 20 bed ICU in a level 1 trauma center serving the greater San Diego area and surrounding rural communities and desert. I serve as one of the unit super users for Progressive Mobility Program and Zoll Thermoguard catheter.

20 Bed SICU specializing in neuro critical care for post subarachnoid hemorrhage. Managed complex neuro surgical patients requiring continuous ICP monitoring and intervention, paralyzation/sedation and cerebral tissue oximetry monitoring. Other patient populations served included truama, vascular surgery, cardiac and orthopedic procedures requiring advanced monitoring and care. Worked with Edwards EV1000 catheters, BIS monitor, Vigileo, LiCox, PB 840 ventilator and GE monitors.

I work in the surgical ICU at Johns Hopkins Hospital which is a 16 bed inpatient unit in a level 1 trauma center serving the surgical, orthopedic/spine, abdominal organ transplant and trauma patient populations. I care for critically ill surgical patients requiring 1:1 or 1:2 care. Skills include managing CRRT, continuous hemodynamic monitoring, active titration of sedation and vasoactive medications and neurovascular assessments. Experience with Level 1 rapid infuser, Swan-Ganz catheters and Nx Stage CRRT.

I am serving in the role of a clinical nurse extern throughout the summer and during the school year assisting the nursing staff with patient care and day to day unit operations. I will be working with pre and post operative patients who require 1:1 or 2:1 care. Daily tasks charting, blood draws, dressing changes and daily patient care and management.

I am pursuing a second bachelors degree at JHU School of Nursing and hope to work in the critical care trauma/ER setting.

I work for an independent pathology lab in Los Gatos, CA doing specimen preparation and data entry. We receive specimens from doctors offices and surgery centers all over the Bay Area and accession, gross and prepare specimens for histology. Other aspects of the job include day to day operations, gross and microscopic transcription and acting as a representative of the company going to doctors offices to make deliveries and pickup specimens.

Job duties included setting up operating room suites before surgeries and the sterilization following the cases. Transportation and movement of patients throughout the operating room and the hospital. I also worked as a courier for specimens and blood to and from the hospital laboratory.
