• Configure and administer both onsite and offsite office computers and servers which include the following software applications and protocols: Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Lotus Notes /Domino, VMWare ESXi, and Microsoft Office.• Development and deployment of Divisional servers, networks, and computer solutions; including hardware, software, and design. • Design, install and administer Divisional network infrastructure, including managed switches, cabling, routers, firewalls, VoIP Phones, Security Camera’s, Wireless Ap’s and internet connectivity.• Installation and configuration of Microsoft Win XP, 7, 8, 10, Server 2003, 2008, 2012 operating systems, VMware ESXi Servers and Ahsay backup. • Administer help desk and inventory tracking software system.• Purchase software, licenses, hardware and peripherals according to policy standards.• Conduct and present research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development.• Takes initiative to implement projects and work with IT Manager to maintain system operation policy.• Take after hour’s calls for Corps, DHQ and Offsite locations for crucial support, including Computers, managed switches, cabling, routers, firewalls, VoIP Phones, Security Camera’s, Wireless Ap’s and internet connectivity.• Take after hour’s calls for DHQ on announcements for bad weather to be added to DHQ main phone line. • Purchase, Manage and support Printers for Corps, DHQ and Offsite locations with a server. • Purchase, Manage and support Backup Server software for Corps, DHQ and Offsite locations with a server. • Purchase, Manage and support ShoreTel VoIP Phone System for Division.• Purchase, Manage and support Security Cameras IP based for Division.• Purchase, Manage and support Wireless AP’s for Division.
