As the IT manager of Digital Solutions, I implemented the company’s first-ever remote monitoring system in the Permian Basin, which has reduced site visits by leveraging cameras and loT sensors, therefore saving $200K+ annually.Led the team deciding on the design of our cloud-enabled data environment and data warehouse, setting the stage for future data analytics savings. Working with our Advanced Analytics team and other partners we now have the ability to leverage data to better predict equipment failures and pipeline corrosion.Furthermore, our team has developed a drone program to detect potential methane and greenhouse gas leaks with integration into our SAP Work Order system for repair. This program has reduced staff required to survey and saved over $100k annually while bringing better visibility to our sites and equipment.

While on assignment in Equatorial Guinea and Aberdeen, UK, I oversaw the EG and Scotland assets that consisted of a $6M+ operating budget and 50 IT employees serving a client base of 2,000+ individuals.In my time in Equatorial Guinea, I am most proud of my success in mentoring the local staff and nationalizing 3 positions (including my own). This not only helped develop local talent but also resulted in $450K annual savings.Launching an O3B satellite system allowed for business continuity during fiber connectivity interruptions and a realized savings of $100K annually.In the Aberdeen office we launched the first Digital Initiatives leveraging our production data to assist the Operators on how to optimize total well performance.

Directed all end-user computing services (PC's, Mobile, Service Desk, Collaboration, O365), which included overseeing a $1.6M+ annual budget and a team of 40 subject matter experts.I was able to reduce operating costs by $400K+ by merging environments, as well as reduce incidents rates by 38%.

Led the migration from an outsourced support model to an internal model of 8 employees, thereby reducing overhead costs by 25%.
