I founded the National Association of Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership (NAEBL) to redefine how value—not privilege or background—determines success. This organization was born from a belief that by focusing on value as the key driver, we can remove barriers, create opportunities, and empower individuals to thrive.Through accreditation and credentialing, NAEBL ensures the quality of instruction, recognizes individual achievements, and provides a framework for fostering cultures of performance. By helping inform policy—the catalyst for large-scale impact—NAEBL empowers individuals, companies, and communities to unlock potential and drive meaningful change nationwide.

Building on my work in youth entrepreneurship, I founded The World Series of Entrepreneurship to create opportunities for aspiring young leaders to unlock their potential and overcome barriers to success. This nonprofit organization reflects my passion for education, entrepreneurship, and access, providing a platform for students to showcase their work, connect with mentors and advisors, and secure the resources needed to bring their ideas to life.Through live and virtual competitions, the program inspires and empowers the next generation of leaders to build confidence, gain recognition, and take the first steps toward turning their ambitions into reality.

After completing my Master’s in Education and Entrepreneurship as a member of the inaugural cohort at the University of Pennsylvania, I had the privilege of serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence. In this role, I worked closely with graduate students aspiring to start businesses and launch ventures, providing mentorship and guidance throughout their entrepreneurial journeys.Being part of the first cohort of this groundbreaking program and later supporting aspiring entrepreneurs allowed me to share my expertise, help students navigate the complexities of starting and scaling a business, and contribute to fostering a vibrant community of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Following the transformative personal and professional growth I experienced during the challenges of 2008 and my career in real estate, I became deeply committed to making a tangible, 1:1 impact in education. This passion led me to help establish and lead the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL), the nation’s first fully integrated K-12 entrepreneurship program.At CEL, I had the privilege of spearheading the launch of the CEL Venture Incubator, a transformative initiative that empowered students to develop and launch their own ventures under the guidance of mentors and program leaders. My goal was to create opportunities for young people to unlock their potential and build confidence in their ability to shape their futures.It was an honor to contribute to CEL’s mission and to see both CEL and the Venture Incubator gain local and national recognition for their innovative approach and profound impact on students and education.

Acquired and redeveloped real estate as the sole investor or majority shareholder in over 150 projects across diverse asset classes, including residential, village commercial, student housing, office, and distribution/warehouse. This work—and the hurdles presented by the 2008 financial crisis—became a defining professional experience, serving as both the most significant test of my career and the catalyst for my greatest personal and professional growth.

Building on my management consulting background, I founded proSOURCE to deliver sourcing and procurement strategy consulting, helping companies reduce costs and increase profits without reducing headcount. proSOURCE served clients across healthcare, financial services, and publishing sectors. I oversaw the firm's launch, branding, positioning, and overall management, while leading business development efforts, staffing, and engagement outcomes. Clients included CIENNA, Oxford Health Plans, American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise), Cadmus, and The New York Times Company.

While enrolled full-time in college and working full-time, I joined Purchasing Group Inc. (now ICG Commerce) as an analyst and quickly advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including associate, project manager, and ultimately engagement leader. Purchasing Group Inc. was a procurement and supply-chain consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 companies, where I gained extensive experience managing complex client engagements. My work spanned high-profile clients such as Schering-Plough, Merck, Pfizer, Sun Oil Company, Advanta, and the State of New Jersey, driving impactful solutions in procurement strategy and supply-chain optimization.
