Our primary mandate is to assist sovereign nations in funding socioeconomic and humanitarian projects. We have been managing assets and projects for many countries for many decades. We can work with a multitude of assets for structured financing, capital investment, and private trade programs. We also work with high net-worth (minimum $100M) foundations, corporations and individuals in a similar manner. We handle CASH, most currencies and bankable instruments including but not limited to: • LTN • BG • CD • SBLC/LC/DLC • DBN We can work with the more difficult but legal assets, including but not limited to: • Heritage Funds; interest on Heritage funds • Off system funds • CMO • In-ground assets/above-ground assets • US historical bonds such as RR bonds and TOV boxes, etc. • Various historical bonds (e.g. German, Mexican, African, etc.) • Rare earth elements (REE) *Direct to Platform Program Manager
