Investing in technology can be costly and time consuming, so if you have limited time and resources for implementation, wouldn’t you want an expert to manage the project? Or maybe you have the time and resources to do the implementation yourself, but wouldn’t it be great to have someone on your side, offering advice and best practices along the way?When it comes to implementing an LMS and getting a training program up and running, there can be a lot to do. Even when the technology is easy to deploy (like SAP Litmos Training), complex learning programs do require work to set up, especially for large organizations. You need to strategically build learning paths, course structures, teams, themes, users, and you may need to migrate historical learner data or other content – and the list goes on.This is what I offer, this is what it meant to be an SAP Litmos Mentor :)My previous role was as an account manager on the customer delight team for Learning Heroes ! As part of the role, I got involved with the entire customer journey. When a new customer joins I would onboard them and get them up to speed with their subscription. This is understanding how to use the content on the different platforms as well and discuss with them different launch techniques to get them ready for their new beginning. I would then continue to support them with any questions or queries offering them shared best practice to ensure they are getting the best out of the content.I also ran the entire Litmos Heroes support desk independently ensuring all their queries were dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would diagnose their issues and work with our different channels to provide them the best solution.Before becoming a SAP Litmos Mentor I project managed and implemented a huge migration from one system to another within the Litmos Heroes customer base. This is a really exciting time as we move customers over from our startup LMS to the newly upgraded Litmos LMS.

During the summer of 2012, I was a handler for Servisair within the baggage hall. I was responsible for customers’ personal belongings being placed on the correct trailers to ensure that they were reunited with their belongings when they arrived at their destinations. On their return, I was also required to ensure that the baggage was placed on the conveyors for the customers to collect. I spent this summer period working with the Health & Safety Director for Servisair where I was asked to develop an internal communications system. The brief now includes the different health and safety incidents from all UK airports. I added videos and images to help improve show better information, for example showing the right way to load the belts onto the plane. This also helped with training and development. The presentation is visible on a monitor in the crew room for all the staff to see at all times. I based my presentation on a similar format that Sky Sports News currently use with the ticker tape feature being the most notable. My target audience is men aged 18-50.
