CurrentThe Role:The Role:- Senior Solution Engineer has thorough understanding of Litmos solutions and Salesforce solution, their features, functionalities and integrations and is internally recognized senior on complex solution matters.You will prepare and provide focused support to sales and partner teams during sales cycle and in customer calls, extending the solution expertise of the team influencing solution strategies, and understands our competitive advantage for customers and prospects. You understand the requirements, related business processes and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.Responsible for creation and delivery of customer facing assets and Litmos solution demonstrations. (desktop, mobile). Ensure high quality and high quality customer meetings. Showcase best-practice demo techniques and scenarios.Support partners in the development of product demonstration content to support their sales cycles.Always staying current on new product releases and market trends on providing world class sales support.Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Take an active role in enabling internal and external audiences about the solution.Provide sales and demo support of key marketing events.Exhibit agility and flexibility to meet business needs. Communicate relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team.Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Implement best practices in responsibility area.Demonstrate innovative approaches to increase own and team productivity.Develop collaborative work relationships.
