Ixom is the market leader in water treatment and chemical distribution in Australia and New Zealand, with an increasing presence throughout South East Asia and North America.Reporting to the Ixom Group CFO:• Oversee group commercial performance with revenues of $1.5b across four core commercial business units spanning various geographic regions (ANZ, Asia, US and UK)• Leading the group commercial finance team (6 direct reports, 4 indirect)• Member of the Finance Leadership Team (FLT), with a key focus on driving improved commercial performance across the organisation, resource/succession planning for the finance and commercial functions and implementing a sustainable business partnering model within the company• Create a high performance, cohesive team, driving best in class frameworks across commercial finance processes, deep dive analysis and tender support

• Member of the senior leadership team for the Manufactured Chemicals Division (largest contributor to group EBITDA) and business partnering the Executive Vice President• In conjunction with the EVP, develop the future strategy for the division, with a key focus on retaining base load volumes with key customers, growing addressable market share, optimising manufacturing and supply chain operations and identifying and considering potential acquisitions• End to end financial accountability of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows for the Division

• Member of the senior leadership team for the Life Sciences Division ($200m turnover across ANZ and Asia) and business partnering the Executive Vice President• In conjunction with the EVP, developed the future strategy for the Life Sciences Division considering potential acquisitions to drive growth and increase market share• End to end financial accountability of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows for the Division

• Member of the Finance Leadership Team partnering with the VicRoads Executive Directors to implement and deliver on their strategies.• Established and implemented a finance business partnering model into the organisation• Drove the roll out and implementation of Microsoft Power BI and Dashboard Reporting• Key focus on leadership, coaching and capability development of the business partnering teams (4 direct reports, 6 indirect), while overseeing and improving the commercial support provided across the organisation on key projects and tenders.

Market segments: Drink Bottles, Re-usable Cups, Water Filtration, Homewares, BBQ, Garden, and Leisure with annual turnover $100m+• Full accountability of category P&Ls and budget delivery• Grew profitable category sales, built key supplier relationships (100+ suppliers), developed and executed a customer-centric category strategy for the drink bottle, water filtration and garden ranges and led a transformational change project in the leisure category across 150+ seasonal stores • Day-to-day management of all category promotional planning, supplier negotiation, marketing support, range reviews, layout development, event planning/activation, NPD launch and category pricing
