As a forward-looking global marketing leader, my career is marked by a history of turning around underperforming mid-sized and startup businesses and exponentially growing revenues. Over twenty-plus years, I have transformed marketing organizations, led top-performing sales teams in the U.S. and Europe, and driven brand marketing and demand generation to maximize market penetration and accelerate growth. At the core of my success is a strong ability to recruit/develop top talent to strategically move companies upmarket and drive sales into larger accounts. In 2005 I was tapped as VP, Marketing for Brightree, a startup company in the post-acute healthcare sector. Over 5+ years, I helped to double the company’s size annually to become the #1 solution for each market served with the top-rated product in brand awareness (and named the fourth fastest-growing private company in Georgia). Five years after moving on to pursue new turnaround challenges, I was recruited back to Brightree to transform the marketing organization and help position the company for sale. The enormously successful 2016 sale to ResMed was the largest-ever SaaS sale in the Southeast U.S. and the second largest healthcare IT sale ever in the U.S.I was similarly successful during a four-year tenure with Adtech Global, a $40M contact center technology services company. As Vice President of Marketing, I led the firm’s first-ever high-level strategic marketing effort; and as VP of Sales, EMEA Division, I helped to turn around the EMEA sales office to restore profitability. Earlier in my career, I held progressive sales and marketing management roles with multiple entities, including AT&T and Executrain.I hold an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Mercer University and a BA in Communications from The University of Georgia.
