J.P. Morgan Private Bank - Credit Risk Underwriting Manager: • Lead a team of underwriters managing a multi-billion dollar credit portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients. Structuring and underwriting of private equity fund finance, securities financing, unsecured and secured lending, real estate, and margin lending to private bank clients, foundations, and corporations. Identify potential risk and mitigating factors by performing due diligence and the analysis of corporate financial statements, private placement memorandums, and personal financial statements. Provide credit decision recommendations with appropriate risk ratings and ensure transactions comply with all lending regulations and firm policies. • Responsible for the portfolio management of new credit requests, client annual reviews and modifications. Work closely with private bank credit executives, investment bank and lending teams to consistently meet client expectations and to resolve any credit issues.
