Managed a full media brand (American Snowmobiler) with direct reach of ½-million consumers overseeing all aspects of print, digital, events, and video while simultaneously working with corporate partners. • Marketing management (advertising, print, digital/social, video, events and trade shows, e-commerce, product launches, direct mail) Led the direction of all aspects of marketing for the brand from from something as simple as to what photos to use in print advertising to creating long-range strategic plans. • Employee management (recruitment, interviewing, hiring, goal setting, and promotions). In charge of dedicated, shared, and contracted team members. • Content and communication management (print, website, social media, advertising campaigns, video, e-newsletter, event and trade show, e-commerce, OEM, promotional concept development/implementation) Writing, editing, and creatively generating content for a 70-100 page 6X magazine and a website with peak traffic above 500,000. Bi-weekly email newsletter for 50,000 registered users, award winning online television show, and daily social media directives for 40,000+. • Brand management (presenting, 360-degree strategic planning, new product and life-cycle planning) Competitive analysis, key market opportunities, new products and manage all press releases and brand messaging.• Business management (budget, finance, database and audience tracking/cultivation/list development) Oversee business unit finances plus staff and capital appropriations.
