L3 Commercial Training Solutions (CTS) are one of the worlds largest providers of integrated pilot training, through a number of simulator centres and airfield training academies across the world. Training pilots for a number of the worlds major airlines.As Vice President responsible for the P&L and Accountable manager role for the full operation of L3's commercial training services business worldwide. This entails responsibility for a number of simulator centres around the world for recurrent pilot training as well as airport facilities and a fleet of over 200 aircraft to train cadets for both EASA or FAA pilots license. All ultimately providing training for pilots and aspiring pilots of the worlds major airlines.
