About Mark Bond

Having been brought in to both grow, sell and buy a number of businesses during my career I've always had a passion for improving those businesses performance through developing people. I have worked with entrepreneurs and senior business leaders over the past twenty years in senior leadership roles to improve both their own and their teams performance to deliver better business results.I have coached, developed and run management teams in the UK, Europe, Afica, Asia and the US, from 50-8000 people, ranging in size from £20 million to £3bn turnover. These have predominantly been in technology but also the airline, fintech and marketing services sectors.I now run Vistage groups using the learning from those experiences to help and support MD’s and CEO’s in my local business community. Helping them to improve performance in their business through developing themselves and their teams. The groups are suitable for business owners, MDs or CEOs, who want to improve their business results and the performance of their team, while developing their own leadership skills and style.
