BG Funds Management (formerly IREA FM) was granted an AFSL in 2018. The initial focus was on property based funds management for wholesale clients. I was responsible for all finance, risk, compliance and AML/CTF. I was also a Key Person and a Responsible Manager for the AFSL.In mid 2023 the founder sold half the business to the Boston Global Group. The AFSL will be used for an increased variety of funds management. Clients will remain wholesale. As the business is expected to grow, additional people are being engaged and my role will focus on being a Responsible Manager.

The China Venture Group was a property development and investment group based in Sydney. I was also a Responsible Manager for the AFSL.The China Venture Group began scaling back operations in April 2018 and closed its office in February 2021. I am now attending to ongoing closing down matters, on a very part-time basis.

Horizon Capital Management (HCM) were specialists in the asset class of direct property, acting for both wholesale and retail schemes. HCM could act as a responsible entity to registered managed investment schemes and as an independent external trustee to unregistered managed investment schemes.I was responsible for all finance, risk, compliance and AML/CTF. I was also a Responsible Manager for the AFSL.

Harvey Fresh Juice ("HFJ") is a producer of fruit and vegetable juices, located in the heart of the NSW Riverina. My appointment as Chief Executive resulted from a review of the business by Deloitte. My initial focus was the company’s solvency; all creditors were back in terms within four months. I also enhanced governance, planning and reporting during this period.The next phase was development of a business plan to achieve long term profitability. Implementation of the business plan was delayed whilst the Board considered an offer from Parmalat/Lactalis to purchase the business, which was finalised in late March 2014.My role under Parmalat/Lactalis ownership then changed to Site Manager, with the focus on integrating the business from being a family owned business into part of the world’s largest dairy group.

St Laurence was an Australasian property-based funds management and finance company with over $1 billion in assets under management.Commenced as CFO and promoted to General Manager Australia in March 2008.

Hellaby was a meat processing company based in Samoa. The company had approximately 30 staff and was a major employer in Samoa.
