Working with agents across West TN and North MS to meet the needs of Medicare agency’s and brokers through promoting the values of Devoted Health by putting the focus back on the members, building relationships not barriers, believe in quality over quantity, and making healthcare easier.

Promoting values and financial propositions to support broker growth and partnership within a rapidly growing FMO. Responsible for training, Carrier, and product promotion and management. Serves as central point of communication with internal and external partners, providing accurate and timely flow of information, and ensuring that all milestones are met.

Review client’s Medicare/Medicaid benefits and explore additional products that could reduce their overall health-care cost exposure. I educate clients of their annual health care plan options and assist them review their health care plans both on and off the Health Care Marketplace. I use both inbound, outbound call-center applications, and face-to-face meetings to provide my client base with the best possible customer services available.

Educated members in their annual healthcare plans including Life and other supplemental plans – assuring customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing member-based quality customer service.Account management responsibilities including client consulting, product training, and providing resources for promoting tactics that drive participation and increase bottom-line sales and retention.

The Williamson County DUI Court is a drug and alcohol treatment court designed on the restorative justice model. As case manager, I was responsible for monitoring all of the participants for the one year program. I assisted with employment, housing, and their sobriety through drug screening, counseling, and securing local resources. I secured treatment center placement, treatment funding, and reported participate progress back to the General Sessions Court.

Managed all logistical operations for a christian community of 2000 members including a labor force of 15 people and a 23 acre campus with three facilities. I acted as the church liaison and facilitated new campus development with oversight of the site work, new construction, and renovation of existing structures. I was responsible for the development of current and future strategies the for quantitative and qualitatively improvement of the overall institution.

Managed all aspects of the YMCA outreach diversion program dedicated to the restorative justice model through the character building assets of the YMCA. Y-CAP is a Juvenile Court appointed diversion program.
