Additionally, preparing chronologies aids in simplifying complex terminologies for management and business stakeholders.Proactively monitoring application health, IT resources, and network infrastructure is facilitated through monitoring tools and dashboards. Understanding the criticality allows for improved prioritization of each service.Datacenter surveillance is overseen by us. We manage all Datacenter-related transactions, acting as the gatekeepers for entries and exits. Additionally, we supervise access to the facility, monitoring movements via CCTV. Our role extends to supporting teams in different locations with configuration, replacement, or technical assistance within the data center.As a member of the Disaster Recovery Team, our responsibility entails rerouting network traffic to alternate OPCs in case of a disaster. Daily tests are conducted on the connections between all OPCs to ensure round-the-clock availability of processes.Process Improvement is a fundamental aspect of our team's responsibilities, aiming to enhance operational efficiency.
