Mark's role within THP is to ensure the company stays ahead of the pack and flourishes. He joined THP as the manager of the Wanstead branch and quickly became Operations and Finance Director. He has plenty of practical innovation under his belt and has been responsible for not only the smooth running and progression of the firm but has also implemented major improvements to the IT infrastructure and project-managed a major modernisation of head office.Mark is responsible for all four offices and also THP Group which provides the IT, HR, Finance and Marketing support for the firm. Part of Mark's role is to ensure that people and departments not only talk to each other, but that they share ideas - whether they're about marketing, finance, sales, strategy or any other topic that can result in THP offering a better service.Mark is also responsible for the development of the firm's trainees and has recently taken on the mantel of the companies QRPT ensuring that all our trainees are developing and gaining the experience and knowledge that they need to become the next generation within THP."We've a lot of talented people and our way of doing things increasingly attracts ambitious newcomers who are looking for a fresh approach.
