It enabled rapid, accurate phone quoting, ensured consistent profit margins, improved closing ratios and real-time reporting, while routing all calls through Shared Services. • Enabled Commercial Container LOB to recognize opportunities to up-size containers used by commercial customers with recurring service, and reduce drop-off/pick-up frequency, driver/truck usage and costs; Roll-Off system provided Commercial LOB with data integrated from diverse sources that was not connected previously. • Improved management visibility and understanding of sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency of all LOB, by developing dashboard, giving real-time accurate market trends and business won and lost for any date range. Solution clarified new business volume/margin captured, versus that of accounts lost, at all levels from enterprise to individual sales representative; supporting decisions that enabled business to pivot rapidly.• Designed and created Flash Report, with user-customizable data format/output, to provide real-time actionable information on company status, including sales, customer revenue/margin, market density and customer defections by competitor, LOB operational and financial KPI’s. Solution performed pattern analysis, displayed anomalies and enabled flexible date-range comparisons. Led project, collaborated to create appearance, reports, industry formulas and capture statistics.• Delivered to management and knowledge workers flexible and rapid access to company data by implementing SQL Reporting Services; providing self-designed queries and valid real-time data access, without formal request to IT.

Combining CRM and mapping software, it provided visual presentation of truck route density, customer location and nearby sales prospects; enabling targeted marketing, sales efficiencies and operational/route planning optimization, with all opportunities tied back to CRM.• Enabled Landfill LOB to increase market penetration and new business capture by analyzing waste flow for entire Northeastern U.S. and creating a tool that tracked and monitored waste flow by state, from transfer station to end site, including shipping volume per transfer station, final destination, waste categories, transportation modes/ routes and competitive market analysis of each competitor’s volume/type of waste transported by route.
