Hi there! I'm Mark Brand and I work with people who run organisations with the aim of becoming significantly more successful, while working fewer hours and having better personal relationships. Nirvana, right? This 'secret sauce' (ask me for the recipe) allows me to practically help leaders and business owners to increase their leadership capability, work through change and to best leverage their greatest assets – their people. I'm the Chair of three Qld Vistage Groups the absolutely amazing crews at CE82, CE92 and SB220. I am also a Founder and Director of Kaleidoscope Group, Turning Point Partners, and the only Australian Certified Coach Trainer for the International Coaching Community (ICC). For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in senior strategic, operational and advisory roles in diverse organisations, including in the security, technology, aviation, mining, transport, HR and leadership development spaces. Having a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities CEOs and executives face each day, I really enjoy working with my Vistage members. As a Vistage Chair, I bring together a trusted advisor group of other CEOs, MDs, business owners and business leaders to focus on the issues facing us all in these changing times. And there's plenty of those!With a strong resolve to give back to our communities, I also spend my fair share of time in the non-profit sector. I’m a former PCYC Board Chair, an active Orange Sky Australia volunteer and recently stepped down from the Board of the Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Foundation, a DGR non-profit Foundation that provides secondary education scholarships to Grade 11 and 12 Queensland Indigenous students.Want to connect?
