PMBR Enterprise Services (ES) Managed several large Federal compliance and Enterprise Security Architecture implementations for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) ensuring technical solutions are implemented on schedule. Served as a hands on member of the Implementation and Production Support team by managing all project specific activities as well as day-to-day operations for the ‘inFusion’ pharmacy software suite. Effectively managed all software efforts including; project scheduling, release management, product backlog prioritization, system outages, documentation, QA efforts, software implementations and all Production Support activities.

Student and Exchange Visitor Information Systems (SEVIS) - U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) & U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE):As a member of the SEVIS Software Solutions Team, was responsible for leading the Batch Production Support and Implementation Team consisting of 5 Tier 1 support analysts while serving as a SME at Tier 3. Our team was responsible for overhauling support processes to include a live message board as well as numerous scenario test files in order to accommodate Universities as well as 3rd party vendors.

On a major Student Management System implementation project for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, I took ownership of all technical and functional areas of the project. While supporting the implementation, my daily responsibilities ranged from process generation, testing, training, scripting to managing project deliverables. My team also successfully implemented a Digital Image Archive solution that decreased the annual application processing times to previously unthinkable levels.
