In this role I am responsible for the digital transformation of the regional Quality organisation, by consolidating applications into a simplified and harmonised system landscape, creating a unified, open and intelligent data ecosystem, improve process efficiency with hyperautomation and building an interactive digital presence.

As Planning and S&OP Analyst I'm responsible for gathering and analysing data from different providers throughout the business in order to support the S&OP process. I'm also bridging connections between the IT/Development teams and the business and supporting the Demand Planning team on an ad hoc basis providing standardized views/reports. On the side I'm in charge of providing a financial Deterioration & Obsolescence analysis on the inventory.

As manager of the EMEA Seed Health Quality Control team, I'm leading the department that focuses on health of seeds, which included managing specialists, lab supervisors and reporting to regional quality control leadership.

As Lab Manager I'm responsible for the Bacteriology and Mycology laboratory, part of the Seed Health Quality Control team. This included implementing objectives, stimulating continuous improvement and management of a team of analysts.

As EMEA QA Lab Planner I'm responsible for generating Metrics reports and gathering and interpreting forecasts from stake holders and supplying them to QA labs. i am in close contact with stake holders and external resources. I also keep track of internal and external viral, fungal and bacteriological laboratory workloads. Part-time I was also functioning as ES&H Contact, taking care safety goals and objectives are identified and implemented appropriately.

As IT Administrator, I managed the entire company's IT structure, including the local Small Business Server and performed maintenance on servers, workstations, telephones other devices, both on hard- and software. Next to that I developed (small) customized Windows programs for in-house use, and developed and maintained the company's websites and databases. I also provided help desk and remote support for local employees and the daughter company.

At the Department of Biotechnology, Section Environmental Biotechnology I helped research on aerobic granular sludge at a pilot waste water treatment plant in Epe. This employment was part of my graduation internship at Hogeschool INHOLLAND.

During the period I worked at Delft Technical University I researched enzymatic reactions in butter fat for a PhD project. This included selecting proper enzymes, monitoring and optimizing experiments, researching benefits of reactants, calculating and optimizing yield ratios, and subsequently analyzing finished reactions with Gas chromatography and High Performance Liquid Chromatography. This employment was part of an internship at Hogeschool INHOLLAND.

At Ingenieursbureau Mol B.V., an advice and investigation company for environmental businesses, I worked in the laboratory analyzing samples for environmental purposes. Activities included analyzing contents of ground samples (mainly pollution and sizes), compost (pollution) and wood chips (pollution and sizes). Every sample had to be filtered and analyzed according to set standards.

I did not complete this study, because I wanted to focus on Biotechnology, which consumed all my time, however during the years I attended.
