With a career spanning over 30 years in technology leadership, my drive stems from a commitment to enhancing customer experiences and developing strategic alliances. My professional journey has been shaped by brilliant interactions and relationships with senior leaders, managing directors of our partners and many years working closely with Microsoft. The recent acquisition of Applicable, alongside my two other co-owners was inspired by a deep commitment and responsibility for those working in our business. Our team are a family and are at the centre of everything we do. I strive to motivate, support people find success, passion and fulfillment at work. I do this through my approach to leadership alongside the commitment of Applicable to always focus on customer-centric outcomes. All at Applicable ensure that every strategy we implement not only aligns with our business objectives but also resonates with our customers’ ambitions and helps them achieve success. I take pride in our ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, to listen and learn and to drive growth for our partners, helping all develop and advance technically by crafting bespoke solutions that deliver success. Outside of Applicable, my life is filled with adventure and admiration for others. As a father to two wonderful autistic sons, I’ve gained a unique perspective on life, cherishing every moment, and embracing every challenge. Then there is my passion for the great outdoors, we have the fun of caring for 3 dogs and 13 Highland Cows. Then once every winter I get to indulge my competitive spirit by racing cars with friends on a frozen lake near the Swedish-Norwegian border. In every interaction and decision, I do with integrity, innovation, and collaboratively.
