I am a Senior Certified Professional Landman (CPL) with over eighteen years of industry experience working for independent Oil & Gas Operators. So far, I’ve successfully negotiated and acquired oil & gas leases covering over 100,000 acres. Throughout my career in the oil and gas industry, I have operated as part of the critical business arm of drill operations, in both an In-House and Field Landman capacity. I specialize in negotiating, interpreting, and preparing extremely complex agreements & contracts with landowners and outside corporations supporting exploration and development activities. My land management prospect reach has spanned Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Montana; however, I have worked with landowners nationwide – and sometimes internationally to bring deals to a close.
