The leading Anti virus company in the UK at the time before being bought by Network Associates. My initial role was to turn around a failing relationship with Computacenter. Within a year the level of sales made us one of the highest margin contributors to computacenter in the software arena.I was then asked to head up the helpdesk product suite and the routes to market. During this period The company was acquired by network Associates.

Working within the CR-ROM / Optical storage division I was responsible for the routes to market as well as the factory forecasting process. I developed our key relationships with broad distribitors such as Ideal hardware to the specific partners such as Phoenix.
