This is where I have gained the majority of my experience within the Live Events Industry.Key duties included:• Installing and operating a range of audio, video and camera equipment for live events.• Provide support on-site for clients requiring managed AV services.• Operate and be knowledgeable in PC and Mac applications, such as PowerPoint and Keynote.• Providing technical support to clients and colleagues, on and off site, via telephone and face-to-face.• Implement maintenance schedule for stock of Projectors, Microphone Racks and Broadcast PPU.• Liaising with suppliers and keeping up to date with latest technologies.• Servicing faulty equipment, and carry out preventative maintenance (e.g. regularly check and change projector lamps)

Their clients includeB&Q, Homebase, Thames Water, Balfour Beatty and De Vere Hotels.Key duties included:· Assisting in the installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment, in industrial, commercial and domestic environments.· Attending college once a week, and successfully obtained an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
