Responsible for managing all Fleet Readiness programs in Aviall Defense group that support Boeing IL and AMS programs across the organization. Current manage a team of Program Managers and Government Account Specialists that are responsible for contract review, customer order and validations, SCM solutions that drive P&L for Aviall Defense (as a part of Aviall Services). Responsible for strategy expansion of Aviall Defense and work directly with Business Development in support of all growth initiatives. Responsible for managing specific MMU/AMS programs in Aviall Defense group that support Boeing prime contracts across the organization. Managed a small team of Government Account Specialists that are responsible for contract review, customer order and validations, SCM solutions that drive P&L for Aviall Defense (as a part of Aviall Services). Specifically managed a Government program in support of SCM parts distribution enabling "right part - right time" capability, decreasing inventory at the customer and supporting world-wide distribution to each location for the customer. Responsible for managing key strategic IS projects with a strong focus on Business Intelligence Initiatives. Focus has been on Informatica and MicroStrategy applications and the development cycle and process within those applications. Managed over $2M in projects in 2011 and was on-time and within .07% variance of the budget. Responsible for improving internal PMO processes to support all business and IS initiatives for the organization. This include managing components of Project Server 2007. Suggesting and making improvements to the Aviall PLC process.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTSManaged the global project transition between US and offshore operations including the review and updating of internal policy documentation, process workflows and training material. Also managed project operations review of contracts and project revenue streams for risk management purposes and for project reporting accuracy.Managed a national healthcare organization's transition from multiple legacy HR-PR and Financials application system's to Lawson's ERP application. Included analysis, design and development of data conversion activities, process improvement, budget and resource allocations and change control using a derivative of PMI Methodology. Engaged in a global rollout of Lawson's ERP application for a pharmaceutical distribution company with their Organizational Change Management team ensuring adherence to process/project quality assurance. Managed and implemented a document imaging solution for an IBM iSeries, Food Services Distribution Client. Managed contract negotiations, procurement, requirements gathering, design definition and documentation and managing the custom development of the product. Managed an ERP system upgrade with HR-PR and Financial applications for an IBM iSeries, Food Services Distribution client. Managed resources, data integrations, quality control and assurance, Go-Live, Cutover and Risk mitigation strategies. Managed internal communications regarding resource availability, utilization and metrics reporting associated with a national healthcare practice within Hitachi Consulting. Additionally, this included planning the semi-annual group meetings, training and events.Maintained key metrics associated with Direct Sales, Sales Assist, Revenue Managed and UtilizationBetween 2009 and 2010 Direct Sales increased by 25%, Sales Assist increased by 50% and Revenue Managed and Utilization increased by 50%.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTSManaged and directed a national healthcare organization's IT department in a national ERP Implementation. Directed IT project teams on strategies around process improvement, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, custom developments, change management, source control methods, security and system integration with Lawson's ERP applications.Managed a technical application upgrade project for a national construction company. Project focused on transition of custom Lawson COBOL based applications to the newest version of the ERP application that met internal software coding standards.Managed a team of 20 analysts and developers in a world-wide custom enhancement project for an oilfield services organization spanning 3 continents (Americas, Europe and Middle East). This consisted of Lawson back office analysts and developers, Visual Basic developers, Java developers and SQL developers to construct various methods of integration amongst legacy systems into Lawson ERP applications. I provided a clear direction and guidance on requirements, design standards, development standards with focus on each development language.Played the role of designer, developer and controller for multiple custom enhancement projects for clients in which I gathered requirements, created design documentation, developed custom applications, performed QA, monitored budget, reviewed and delivered work papers and documentation while managing project scope changes. Focus was on Lawson COBOL development but also included other technologies of SQL, RPG and Java.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTSDesigned and developed custom Lawson applications and conversion modules on a UNIX environment based on a version of COBOL language for a national home construction company. Additional responsibilities included analyzing and updating standard or custom applications based upon reporting needs within Lawson ERP applications. Maintained the Quality Assurance of applications and reporting for a national floral agency for their ERP applications.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTSDeveloped Financial, Procurement and Supply Chain programs utilizing the Cognos suite of application software (QUICK, QUIZ and QSHOW) which was based on COBOL language architecture. Managed a team of developers from Mexico Plant evaluating the requirements identified, the design documentation produced and the applications developed.
