MPS creates a tailored print and document management solutions service to help other businesses improve control of their print costs, store and retrieve information efficiently, simplify document workflows and reduce total cost of ownership.Our MPS solution combines the leading technology and experience of Canon and Konica Minolta; with Penketh’s knowledge of the work place environment and our customer’s needs. Our 5 step process allows us to understand our customers’ current print environment and develop a bespoke solution that will achieve savings, improve productivity, save resources and give greater control and efficiency of print and document management process. In my current role I am responsible for growing sales and generating new business within the MPS industry. On a daily basis I interact with customers old and new, providing a service that will not only save them money but will provide a whole process business solution to a range of national companies.

As a Mortgage Consultant, my role is to design and recommend responsible mortgage solutions that are specifically tailored to my clients individual needs. I ascertain those needs through skilled questioning and excellent active listening, recommending not only mortgage products, but cross selling protection policies also. In my role as an AM for Canon, it was my responsibility to develop and nurture both existing and new accounts within my defined area. I would proactively manage my time in order to achieve as many customer appointments as possible on a weekly basis. I joined as an Internal Account Manager within the new Business to Business team in HBOS Vehicle Finance Corporate Sales. Within the team role my responsibilities have included: • Managing a portfolio of 40 clients including the biggest client BOSVF have - Alfred McAlpine, with circa 3500 vehicles within their Fleet.• Training & Tutoring new starters• Managing Activity Levels within the team (10 staff)

I initially joined as part-time Sales Assistant, I quickly progressed through hard work and outstanding results. I was promoted 4 times in total, from PT Sales Assistant through to Senior Store ManagerHighlights Include:• Promoted to MIT (Manager in Training), again as a result of excellent performance – based in the Liverpool City Centre Store, I was responsible for turning-round the performance of an under-achieving store, and underperforming team.• I was awarded ‘European Player of the Month’ for driving sales and greatly improving store results despite the dismissal of both the Store and Assistant Managers. This was all achieved during the key sales period leading up to Christmas 2003.• I was then promoted to Store Manager in Chester for continued excellent performance, ultimately responsible for the running of the store from both an Operational and Sales Perspective.
