The successful implementation of the hosted SaaS solution opened up access to the wider Local Government market (99 pension schemes with 6.5 million members and £425 billion in assets).Overarching, holistic view of the overall solution to ensure full integration and agreed requirements were met. Lead role in supporting the client teams and managing the transition.Employer ManagementLed the team that collaborated with the first client to design and build a new employer management solution for their 900 employers to process tens of thousands of monthly transactions online. The main focus was to simplify the journey for members and employers by allowing both parties to become fully self sufficient online and interact directly with the finance, HR and CRM systems.The new product is now in use for the client's 900 employers and the feedback has been extremely positive. The framework is now available to be rolled out to the 99 other Local Government authorities and the 18,000+ employers they represent. Show less
