I specialise in helping organisations discover, liberate and channel the internal motivation of their people.Any company, regardless of technology or IP, is only really as good as its ability to harness and focus the talents, passion and commitment of its people.There are a relatively small number of global principles that govern the way people work effectively together and I love explaining, demonstrating and coaching those principles into being.I am a highly skilled presenter, facilitator and coach and I have a proven ability to embed quickly into organisations winning the trust and confidence of people from the boardroom to the frontline.A prime example of this would be my assignment as interim CEO at the UK’s largest on-line Christian retailer that I led through the pandemic and beyond. I left there with some of the best sales performance figures in its history. I genuinely care about people, I am highly focussed and I have a very low tolerance for ideas and practices that don't work.At heart, I am an innovator. I don't start things from nothing but I am really good at taking things that already exists and making them better.I find humour, pictures and stories to be highly effective tools for unleashing people's internal drive and I have failed at enough things to be an empathic coach when they struggle.My principal drivers are Clarity, Simplicity and Technology and they have enabled me to be extremely successful in working with organisations in more than 60 countries around the world.I particularly enjoy working with people for whom English is not their first language.
