My role at Resourcing Solutions Ltd is Business Development Manager for Permanent Way and Rail Civils. I have over 15 years of rail recruitment experience and I now specialize in recruiting for the P-Way and Civils sector of the railway within the UK.Resourcing Solutions is a specialist recruitment company providing engineering and construction disciplines to the Rail, Power and Built Environment sectors.The division in which I recruit specialises in white collar roles and cover positions such as P-Way Supervisors, Senior Supervisors, Technical Officers, Senior Technical Officers, Lead Engineers, CRE's, CEM's, Construction Managers and Project Managers. Within the rail civils sector I recruit for setting out engineers, site engineers, senior engineers, supervisors, site managers, Construction Managers, Project Managers, CRE's, CEM's etc.Working closely with both my clients and contractors I provide a service to a number of rail projects throughout the UK and a number of Network Rail frameworks covering the whole of the UK.

My role at Roevin is to work as a senior consultant looking at all aspects of the rail and civils/construction industry. I cover the Rolling Stock, Network Rail and London Underground sectors where I look to resource staff at all levels from labourers and depot based engineers to all levels of white collar positions.

I was employed as a rail consultant whereby I worked in the rolling stock and Network Rail division. My role was to open new accounts and service existing clients and supply all levels of blue collar work from engineers in depots to gangs and protection staff for Network Rail projects.

I began my techinical recruitment career at Mane Contract services in the rail division where I was promoted to Senior Rail Consultant. I recruited blue collar contract staff working in the rolling stock industry supplying the likes of Bombardier, Alstom, Metronet, Siemens, and Westinghouse amongst others. My role developed into account management and my role was then to be the account manager for Metronet, which I developed to become one of their biggest clients.
