My role at Resourcing Solutions Ltd is Business Development Manager for Permanent Way and Rail Civils. I have over 15 years of rail recruitment experience and I now specialize in recruiting for the P-Way and Civils sector of the railway within the UK.Resourcing Solutions is a specialist recruitment company providing engineering and construction disciplines.

My role at Roevin is to work as a senior consultant looking at all aspects of the rail and civils/construction industry.
