Prepare basic and detail piping route design around pipe rack, horizontal and vertical vessels, pumps, compressor, exchangers, including utility station based on plot plan, P&ID and UHD, engineering and vendor drawing of equipments, piping materials, service class, with accordance to piping codes and standards. Prepare Material Take Off of all piping materials as per isometric drawing based on the P&ID to be used for project estimation and purchasing materials. Checked the isometric drawing using Smart Plant Review based on the project specification and standard, line condition, and all necessary design information, data specifications, procedures and requirements. Performed consistency checking for critical and large bore piping between extracted final isometric and flexibility analysis calculation results using Smart Plant Review (SPR) or Navizworks Jetstream. Reroute and revised lines based on actual site condition, client's comments and suggestion. 3D CAD Modeling of all equipments, structures and piping route based on given Plot Plan and P&ID/UHD, vendors drawing and material service class using PDMS software.
