I'm a current Hematology/Oncology fellow at MUSC (completing fellowship in June 2017) with four years of clinical Internal Medicine experience. I've held several significant leadership roles during that tenure such as Chief Resident immediately following residency and Director of Internal Medicine in the two years prior to fellowship. I'm a US Air Force veteran who served in Afghanistan as a field physician and as primary liaison coordinating between several multinational medical units. My experience in both traditional and nontraditional clinical settings has reinforced the skills to build strong rapport and trust with both staff and patients.
