I am a Principal Pre-Sales Engineer for NetScaler covering the North America Enterprise account space and have held a number of similar roles covering Commercial, Enterprise, and US Public Sector accounts as well as holding the role of Pre-Sales Engineering Manager for Citrix Canada. My role includes time spent with customers as well as working with Product Management and the SE team as whole to ensure the accuracy of information being delivered to customers along with critical customer feedback to Product Management around products and services. Leading up to my time at NetScaler (Citrix/Cloud Software Group), I worked in a number of different roles - many of them not specifically part of a Sales organization. I quickly came to realize how much I enjoy helping customers take the mystery out of technology and find creative ways to solve business problems with technology. Now, in my current role, I am able to support a team of Sales Engineers in helping customers as I did for many years while helping to shape how NetScaler helps customers around the globe. I thoroughly enjoy working with technology and helping people to better understand different aspects of it. It's very rewarding to help a customer understand that they can absolutely provide a solution to a business challenge, and that they may already have much of what they need at their disposal.Outside of what I do in my day-to-day role for work, I have built an extensive home network with a home automation controller, media services, and multiple automated displays to show off photos that I've taken on various vacations I've taken.
