Building rapport is key, as I explore warehouses, shops, industrial units, light industrial units, land, and even churches! 🏭🛒🏢My focus areas are Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury, and surrounding market towns. Over the years, I've rehomed over 40 families who were hit by the benefit cap and could no longer afford to live in London. West Midlands properties offer a more affordable solution, especially with supportive landlords on board. Together, we can make a difference in people's lives. 🤝🏘So how does it work? I cover tenants' first month's rent, help them settle into the area, provide comprehensive property inventories for landlords, conduct right-to-rent checks, and even offer a two-year repair bond.
