After eight years in London directing campaigns for digital and communications technologies, I relocated to Silicon Valley in 2004. Notable wins including creating an ahead-of-its-time ‘opt-in’ content strategy for two clients with microsites bolted onto client sites; heading up the SolarWorld campaign which saw me working with the amazing Larry Hagman, and growing agency revenues tenfold.

I spent a year seconded to BT’s London headquarters (at the request of the client, a first for Le Fevre!) working on the brand development, service launch and rollout of BTopenworld, BT’s high-speed internet. Worked on the team that launched Blackberry into the U.K. and also supported BT Cellnet across the launch of 2.5G mobile networks. I was also key in the media relations for the website for the rock band Marillion, one of the first places that music was made digitally available direct to fans, and highlighted a crowdfunding campaign in 2000 for the band that raised money to record their album and tour the U.S.

In addition I ran the 'Spotlight on Skills' series of events, which focused on more holistic subjects such as creativity, photography, writing for the press and so on. I also maintained the CIPR website, worked on events including the Annual National Conference, Young Communicator of the Year Awards and CIPR Sword Excellence Awards.
