Directed the initial development and introduction of a management-consulting program for the Philips Medical Systems organization. This program’s success in Canada led it to be adopted and expanded by the Philips U.S. field organization.Developed and marketed specific healthcare consulting methodologies focused on IT strategy development, program and business planning, financial modelling, operations management and workflow reengineering. These methodologies became an integral part of the IT sales process and are currently used in over 80% of all IT sales in Canada.
