All throughout my education I was always intending to follow my Mum into the teaching profession, never my Dad into the Food and Beverage Industry and the world of Cleaning and Disinfection….. That was until 2006, a 2-week work placement, and exposure to the World’s real challenges gave me a new mission; to BE VISIONARY, DRIVE CHANGE, MAKE A DIFFERENCE and CREATE THE FUTURE!Impact must go further than words and I am recognised for being a brand ambassador, building cross functional networks and creating engagement; connecting Food and Beverage manufacturers to new innovation, technology, and solutions that protect people and vital resources.From Day 1 of my professional career, I have been on a journey, a journey that started as a Territory Manager in Training in 2007 and has developed via 13 years of B2B sales environments where I held Sales and District Manager positions with a strong belief that ‘there is little success where there is little laughter’. In 2020 my journey saw a new chapter as I moved into the Marketing function as Regional Marketing Manager F&B UKIE-Nordics, with a clear eye on profitable business growth, before starting 2024 in the role of Sr Marketing Manager Food & Protein, Europe, owning strategy, business results, and orchestration of the innovation pipeline from ideation to gate process.My early ambition has instilled a passion for Inspiring, Growing & Developing diverse talent. I am extremely proud to be a mentor in Personal Brand for the E3 Northwich Chapter, a global Ecolab leadership development network that serves to foster an equal community whilst supporting personal and professional development, and I am equally as proud to be a skill donor through Cheshire Connect, an organisation set up to connect ‘not for profit’ organisations to skills from the local business sector.Every day my work allows me to protect People and Planet health, but simply just talking will not achieve results so let’s connect and create the future, TOGETHER!
