- HR duties – answer telephones, book, confirm, and cancel appointments, processing intakes and interviews, and communicating with employees on HR related matters such as absences and vacation requests.- Admin – Coordinating online training programs, daily schedule for employees and tracking hours.- Managing labour forecasts and demands.- Advertising job demands on traditional marketing platforms such as Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn, Facebook, and any other social media platforms.- Assisting payroll clerk for confirming employee hours.

- Dispatching and scheduling workers on daily basis. - Taking registrations and application through phone calls or walk-in manner. - Answering phone calls from customer and processing order requests. - Data entry on customer orders and workers application.- Managing relationship with the customer and employees to build up good rapport.- Processing payrolls for employees and payments from customers.
