I am leading the expansion of the highly popular MyMahi Education Technology Platform to schools in the UK and to overseas British Schools.

Designing and teaching the new Level 1 Commerce course that has more of a business, accounting focus with some economic theory. I also teach the Level 2 Macro-Economics course.

As Education Director I have led the promotion and sales of MyMahi to schools in New Zealand and Australia. This includes demonstrating the MyMahi App and providing onboarding and ongoing professional development to school leaders and teaching staff. I have also organised a number of events including national and regional conferences.

As Strategic Marketing Manager with MUSAC, I was responsible for the growth in uptake of the new cloud-based Student Management System (SMS) called Edge. Edge has a range of superior features for Primary and Secondary schools including student, financial and library management tools.

I worked for the Ministry of Education in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as an Education Technology Specialist in the English Department, which is tasked to lead the transformation of K-12 education across the country. In this role I project managed the implementation of new technologies for learning and assessment for all Ministry schools across the northern Emirates (includes Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, and Umm al-Quwain), I also provided training for teachers, both current and new arrivals, so that they could effectively utilise these technologies.

Leadership in large scale ICT change management projects. I also provided professional development supporting teachers to explore how ICT's could not only supplement traditional ways of teaching but also how they could open up new and different ways of learning.I modeled the integration of digital technologies while teaching Junior ICT and Social Studies.My proudest achievement at Palmerston North Boys' High School is that after two years, I left the school in a much stronger position than when I arrived.
